Tori Remick

I found Hot Asana when the Newburyport studio first opened. I had done yoga before but when I stepped into the studio and into the hot room I was amazed at the impact it had on me mentally and physically. The mind-body connection truly helps to promote a deeper connection to one’s self, and it has helped me in all aspects of my life! Yoga quickly became my outlet and my passion which led me to sign up for my 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training through Hot Asana Yoga University in 2023. I am honored to be able to share my love for this practice with this amazing community. It is my greatest intention to create a warm and welcoming space for everyone of all levels to feel safe and supported. I hope you leave my class feeling more connected and empowered with more confidence and freedom to be the most authentic version of yourself.
